Terms & Conditions — bitjee User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between bitjee (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the website located at bitjee.app and all associated pages and services (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the bitjee platform — whether by browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional activity — you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

bitjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the bitjee platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, crash games, fish shooting arcade games, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus offers associated with these services.

Use of the bitjee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bitjee does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any part of the Service. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and not be under any legal disability that prevents you from doing so.
• You must not be a current or former employee of bitjee, or a close associate or family member of any such employee, where your participation in gaming activities would represent a conflict of interest.

bitjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, or driving licences issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accrued during the period prior to successful age verification may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

By registering an account with bitjee, you expressly warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated above. bitjee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's misrepresentation of their age, identity, or legal status.

To access the full range of bitjee services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to use your account, or access the account of any other user. bitjee will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bitjee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. bitjee reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service must be truthful and accurate. bitjee reserves the right to close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided and to retain any funds in such accounts where fraud or abuse has been identified.

bitjee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by bitjee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Specific maximum limits may apply per transaction and per payment method; these are communicated at the time of transaction. bitjee reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All funds deposited into your bitjee account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is prohibited. bitjee conducts anti-money-laundering (AML) checks in accordance with responsible financial practice and may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times vary by payment method; mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically complete within minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take up to two business days. bitjee is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution or mobile money operator.

bitjee reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or the investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. Users will be notified of any such hold in a timely manner.

bitjee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to comply with these requirements — including placing bets in excluded game categories or exceeding the maximum bet threshold — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

bitjee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of technical errors, use of automated betting software, or collusion among players. In such cases, any winnings generated through the promotion in question may be voided.

Each promotion is available to one person per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All games offered through bitjee are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the relevant game provider and are accessible within the game interface itself. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game as set by the provider.

bitjee uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, as implemented and maintained by each game provider, to ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. bitjee does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live table games.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed primarily to abuse bonus offers rather than for genuine gaming participation.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

In the event of a technical failure during a live game round — whether caused by server interruption, connectivity loss, or software error — bitjee will make reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome in a fair manner consistent with the game state at the time of failure. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

bitjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing users with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to six weeks, during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the platform for users who determine that they require a long-term or indefinite break from gaming. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

bitjee reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, even where the user has not self-requested such restrictions. All content on the bitjee platform — including but not limited to the bitjee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of bitjee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bitjee.

Game content displayed on the platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' licences. Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names of third-party providers displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

The bitjee platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitjee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the platform.

bitjee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss or corruption of account data; unauthorised access to your account; or interruption of services due to maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or natural disaster).

In all cases, bitjee's maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their bitjee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bitjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where bitjee reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The user has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The user is under the age of 21.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The user has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• The continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to bitjee.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting bitjee support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 7 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. bitjee operates as an online platform accessible to users in Bangladesh and takes its obligations to those users seriously.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, bitjee encourages users to contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. bitjee aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent mediator. bitjee's decision in matters relating to the application of game rules, the validity of bets, and the interpretation of promotional terms shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable error.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
